What to Include in Your Custom Packaging Brief

• Company and destination: company name, contact person, country and destination port or city.
• Product: format, item reference, capacity or dimensions, food type and serving conditions.
• Material: paper or bagasse, lining preference and lid requirements where applicable.
• Artwork: logo, intended print area, colors and whether the artwork is ready for production review.
• Quantity and packing: pieces per item, plain or branded packing preference, and target schedule.
• Market requirements: specify any product documents or tests you need for your intended application and destination.

How a Custom Order Is Reviewed

1. Submit your brief. Send the product, quantity, destination and artwork requirements through the RFQ form.
2. Confirm the specification. Review item availability, customization feasibility, lining, lid fit and packing details.
3. Review the quotation and sample arrangements. Confirm final MOQ, item pricing, any setup costs, sample availability and lead time.
4. Approve the agreed details. Review the final specification and artwork proof before proceeding with the order.

MOQ, Samples and Lead Time

The stated starting MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The final MOQ depends on the product and customization. Samples, artwork requirements, printing method, setup costs and lead time are confirmed for each quotation. A general website description does not replace the agreed order specification.

Can I order different products in one inquiry?

Can the same printing method be used on paper and bagasse?

Do not assume that it can. Paper and molded fiber products have different surfaces and structures. Request the available branding option for the specific item.

How do I request destination-specific documents?

Include your destination market, intended food use and requested documents in the RFQ. Availability and scope must be confirmed for the exact product.
